By using CRUX AI, you agree not to:
1. Break the law
Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe intellectual property rights, defame, harass, or threaten any person, or facilitate illegal conduct.
2. Abuse the platform
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
- Submit malicious input intended to disrupt the Service or other users.
- Use automated tools to consume excessive resources.
3. Misuse AI outputs
- Present AI-generated summaries as fully verified fact without review.
- Use the Service to generate misleading deepfake-like material.
- Use AI outputs to make consequential decisions affecting third parties without independent verification.
4. Violate copyright
YouTube transcripts may be subject to copyright. You are responsible for ensuring your use of transcripts and summaries — including any redistribution — complies with the rights of the underlying content owner. We do not grant any license to underlying video content.
5. Attempt to extract personal data
Do not attempt to use the Service to identify, track, or profile individuals against their reasonable expectations of privacy.
6. Authorized professional use
If you use the Service for work purposes, ensure you have authority from your employer to do so and that your usage complies with your employer's policies (especially around confidential information transmitted to third-party AI providers).
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy without prior notice. Report violations to admin@quantisage.ai.
